What a stay costs
Indicative room-only estimate from the lowest nightly rate — excludes airport transfers, taxes and seasonal price changes. Many Maldives properties also require a minimum stay. Check live rates for your dates.
The reef, above and below
A house reef runs directly off the island, and the resort has submerged what is described as the world's largest 3D-printed artificial reef structure offshore. More than 40 dive sites are spread across the surrounding North Atoll.
Overwater dining and bars
AVI sits on an overwater deck seating around 30 and runs an adjoining bar from 11am to midnight. HIYA, also overwater, is reserved exclusively for Water Villa and Premium Beach Villa guests. SAMUGA handles main buffet service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Water Villas and The Summer House
Water Villas each have a jacuzzi bathtub and a private sundeck over the lagoon. The Summer House is a standalone private-pool residence, the most secluded category on the island.
Firuma by Serena Spa
The spa is built overwater and operates as a full-service facility. Treatments take place above the lagoon, making it the resort's most distinctive land-free experience outside the water villas.
Beach bars and social spaces
NEVI Bar faces the sunset and has panoramic views across the water. BARAVELI is a beachfront tiki bar at sand level. Between them, there are two distinct atmospheres depending on whether you want a quiet sundowner or beach-side drinks.
