Cocoon Maldives sits on its own island in Lhaviyani Atoll, about 122 km from Malé and 30 minutes by seaplane. LAGO interiors: design with purpose

Daniele Lago designed everything here — floating beds, two-hundred-year-old wildwood tables, and spaces that carry the same visual logic from the villas through to the restaurants. It is the Maldives' first resort built entirely around a single design signature.

Three restaurants, two bars

Octopus runs international buffet nights — Asian, Sushi, Maldivian, Italian, Moroccan among them. Manta is fully overwater, candlelit, and à la carte. Japanese Garden does teppanyaki in a jungle clearing with ocean views. Kurum Bar handles sunset and fresh-fish BBQ; Loabi Loabi is the pool bar.

Villas from beach to lagoon

Beach Villas sit directly on the sand with sea views and terraces. Lagoon Over Water Villas extend over the water on 65 m². The largest option, the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Pool, covers 300 m² and sleeps six, with a private kitchen and pool.

Marine life in Lhaviyani Atoll

The atoll holds around 50 dive sites, including shipwrecks and manta cleaning stations. Manta rays, reef sharks, and dolphins are regulars. The house reef is not shore-accessible but a free boat trip runs twice daily.

The Cube Spa

The Cube Spa is the resort's wellness facility. It sits on-island and runs treatments separately from the all-inclusive packages — check with the resort on what is included under each tier.
